Grades of tungsten carbide composite rods:
Tungsten Carbide Composite Brazing/Welding Rods are high-performance wear-resistant cutting consumables specifically designed for high-wear and high-load industrial working conditions. Manufactured via powder metallurgy sintering process, they composite high-hardness tungsten carbide particles with high-strength metal matrices (nickel-based, copper-based, nickel-chromium-boron, nickel-bronze and other multi-alloy systems). Their core function is to extend the service life of key equipment components and reduce operation and maintenance costs.

Details of tungsten carbide composite brazing rods:

Core performance advantages of tungsten carbide composite rods:
Material Guarantee: Composed of high-purity tungsten carbide particles (WC content ≥ 85wt%) and high-quality metal matrices, with uniform particle distribution, featuring both high hardness (HRA ≥ 90) and strong toughness (flexural strength ≥ 3000MPa), capable of withstanding extreme wear and impact loads;
Graded Adaptation: Adopting “precise particle size grading” design, cutting grade (coarse/large particles) is equipped with sharp polygonal tungsten carbide structure, suitable for cutting working conditions such as steel and rock; wear-resistant grade (fine/small particles) optimizes particle density, effectively resisting abrasion from media like soil and gravel;
Process Compatibility: Mainly compatible with oxyacetylene brazing process, some models support TIG welding, enabling convenient and efficient construction. Can be directly applied to clean steel surfaces with high welding bonding strength and no easy detachment.
Applicable industries and components of tungsten carbide composite rods:
Core Service Industries: Oil and gas drilling, geothermal development, mining, geological exploration, earthwork engineering, agricultural machinery, etc.;
Typical Adaptable Components: Stabilizers, DTH hammers, reamers, drill pipes and joints, washover shoes/rotary shoes, fishing tools, wear-resistant liners, auger drills, grooving machines and other key high-wear components.
