Tungsten carbide tubes uses:
Carbide tubes are widely used in many fields, mainly including petrochemical, mould industry, submersible oil pumps, slurry pumps, water pumps, centrifugal pumps and other industrial equipment. In these applications, carbide tubes are mainly used to reduce wear, seal and protect components, and have the characteristics of high hardness resistance, high corrosion resistance, pressure resistance, wear resistance and high bending strength.
In addition, carbide sleeves also play an important role in the following specific application fields:
Valve application: In valves, carbide tubes are installed in the stem cover steam trap to reduce valve leakage and seal.
Mould: used to manufacture wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant moulds, such as wire drawing moulds, stamping moulds, etc.
Petroleum industry: In the process of oil exploration, carbide wear-resistant tubes are widely used in various mechanical equipment, carbide wear-resistant sleeves are used to oil extraction pump components to ensure stable operation of equipment in rugged drilling environments, greatly improving drilling efficiency.

FAQ for carbide tubes:
Q1: What are tungsten carbide tubes?
A: Tungsten carbide tubes (WC tubes) are hollow cylindrical components made of cemented tungsten carbide powder bonded with cobalt (Co) or nickel (Ni). They feature ultra-high hardness, outstanding wear resistance, high compressive strength and moderate chemical stability, suitable for severe abrasive working environments.
Q2: What dimensional tolerances can your grinding process achieve?
A: Inner bore (ID): H5, H6, H7 standard fits; precision ground bore tolerance ±0.002~±0.005 mm for mass production; ultra-tight ±0.001 mm lapping is available for small-batch customized precision parts only.
Outer diameter (OD): h5, h6 tolerance bands.
Concentricity: ≤0.002 mm for high-speed rotating matching tubes.
Surface roughness: Ra 0.02–0.2 μm after mirror grinding.
Custom ultra-precision tolerances are acceptable based on drawing requirements.
Q3: Can you produce non-standard customized sizes?
A: Full customization supported. Size range: inner bore 1 mm minimum to outer diameter 800 mm maximum and length up to 1000mm.
Q4: What is your minimum order quantity?
A: Stock standard-size tube: 1 piece MOQ.
Custom non-standard tubes: MOQ ranges from 1 to 10 pieces, depending on size, wall thickness and complex structure.
Q5: What are the lead times for stock and customized orders?
A: Ready stock standard tubes: 2–3 working days delivery
Custom ground finished tubes: 10–25 working days
