O processo de produ\u00e7\u00e3o de carboneto de tungst\u00e9nio inclui principalmente etapas como prepara\u00e7\u00e3o de mat\u00e9rias-primas, mistura, secagem, sinteriza\u00e7\u00e3o e p\u00f3s-processamento. Como \u00e9 feito o carboneto de tungst\u00e9nio? Irei explicar em detalhe atrav\u00e9s do seguinte processo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Prepara\u00e7\u00e3o do material:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em primeiro lugar, a prepara\u00e7\u00e3o da mat\u00e9ria-prima \u00e9 o primeiro passo na produ\u00e7\u00e3o de carboneto de tungst\u00e9nio. Geralmente, a metalurgia do p\u00f3 \u00e9 utilizada para misturar p\u00f3 de tungst\u00e9nio e p\u00f3 de carbono numa determinada propor\u00e7\u00e3o. O p\u00f3 de tungst\u00e9nio \u00e9 preparado por tratamento de min\u00e9rio, refina\u00e7\u00e3o e tritura\u00e7\u00e3o com min\u00e9rio de tungst\u00e9nio como mat\u00e9ria-prima. Existem duas formas comuns de mistura. Durante o processo de prensagem, a press\u00e3o e o tempo t\u00eam de ser controlados para garantir que a densidade e a forma das pe\u00e7as moldadas cumprem os requisitos. O passo seguinte \u00e9 o processo de secagem, no qual o p\u00f3 de carbono de tungst\u00e9nio misturado \u00e9 seco a alta temperatura para remover a humidade residual. O p\u00f3 de carbono de tungst\u00e9nio seco \u00e9 sinterizado em blocos por aquecimento a alta temperatura. O tratamento t\u00e9rmico consiste em recozer ou queimar excessivamente o corpo sinterizado para ajustar as propriedades do material e reduzir as tens\u00f5es internas.
