Details of carbide gripper pads:
Application of carbide gripper pads:
I. Oil & Gas (Core Applications)
Drilling Chucks: Welded to the inside of the drill pipe holder, wear-resistant and anti-slip, securely clamping drill pipe, casing, and tubing, meeting the requirements for tripping and string suspension operations.
Downhole Tool Chucks: Used for components such as bridge plugs and packers, anchoring and engaging the casing to ensure stable equipment setting.
Oil Workover: Various slips and chucks to achieve clamping and sealing, extending tool life.
II. Geological and Mining Drilling
Drill Rig Clamping Accessories: Clamp drill pipe and core tube, transmitting torque and preventing slippage, suitable for drilling in various rock formations.
Mining Wear-Resistant Parts: Bucket teeth, cutting plates, cutting blades, etc., high strength, wear-resistant, and impact-resistant.
Coalfield Drilling: Coal electric drill chucks, drill pipe joint alloy wear-resistant parts.
III. Engineering Machinery and Other Fields
Supporting heavy machinery wear-resistant teeth and claws, pipeline drilling tool wear-resistant inserts to reduce wear and corrosion; suitable for the metallurgical field, using high-temperature wear-resistant alloy pads and guide plates.
