Application in Wire Rod Rolling:<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Wire rod is formed by hot rolling metal billets between two rolls to achieve the required shape and dimensional accuracy.
\nDuring operation, the rolls are exposed to extreme combined stresses:
\n– High thermo-mechanical fatigue
\n– Severe abrasive and adhesive wear
\n– Radial compression and impact during billet biting
\n– Thermal shock and thermal fatigue

The wire rod rolling process includes four key stages:
